Greetings my friends and readers,

I had several moments this week that solidified my belief that we are entering a true era of convergence. Business, tech, and culture are no longer separate lanes; they are the three pillars of modern community.

When you bring these pillars together, you stop building audiences and start building movements. Here are the two massive moments from this week that proved it.

1. The Community of the Minds (The AI Collective)

If you follow my work, you have likely heard me evangelize The AI Collective. It is an AI focused membership organization dedicated to building the human layer for the AI era and navigating the rapid acceleration of technological progress. In plain speak, it is a global movement.

I have the privilege of co emceeing their monthly Demo Night event series. The companies that take the stage to pitch their visions for humanity always hit hard. But what is even more inspiring is the crowd.

I always ask how many people are attending for the first time. Every single time, the room is a gumbo style mix of business leaders, tech founders, and media enthusiasts. This isn't just an isolated room; this is just one of the hundreds of events happening in tandem around the world. The energy is undeniable. When you mix the builders with the creatives and the operators, you create an unstoppable ecosystem.

2. The Vision of Service (Fin)

I was also privileged to get a sneak peek into the latest product development updates from Fin, which is the new name for the company formerly known as Intercom. CEO Eoghan McCabe laid out a solid vision for the future of customer service. His premise was simple but profound: creating actual "customer magic" requires capabilities that simply have not existed until now, but they can finally manifest due to the power of artificial intelligence.

Fin recently launched an initiative called Operator, an AI agent whose entire job is managing another AI agent. It is a perfect example of transforming and delivering customer experiences with a new layer of humanity, empowerment, and rigorous focus. Just like the Demo Night, the room at this event was filled with that exact same diverse mix of minds.

During the event, I had the chance to meet Eoghan directly. I asked him what the absolute key was to their rocket ship growth and their ability to scale to such a broad audience. His answer was one word: Values.

What Are Your Core Values?

Which leads me to my final thought for the week.

Your values are the ultimate engine that creates the output in your life and your work. Technology is just the tool; your values decide what you build with it.

I need your help. As we enter next month with a massive, purpose driven attempt to scale this Business Tech Culture concept further, I want to hear from you. What are the values needed to successfully scale a community at the intersection of business, tech, and culture?

We are expanding our content next month, including a brand new live stream media show, and yes, I would love to have you on as a guest. We want to build this next phase on the exact right foundation.

Hit reply to this email and let me know the core values you think are most important. I read every single one.

Until next time,

Ash
